Lonneke Hombergen advises and litigates on a broad field of labour law-related matters, such as individual and collective agreements, individual and collective dismissal, working conditions, participation (works council and trade unions) and reorganisations. Her clients are both Dutch and international, such as Pathé Theatres, Achmea and UTC. Lonneke is part of the Nauta Life Sciences team and assists many clients in this field, such as Warner Chilott, Pfizer and Mediq.
Lonneke graduated from Maastricht University in 2007 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year. Before focusing on labour law, Lonneke worked within the company law section.
Lonneke Hombergen adviseert en procedeert over een breed veld van arbeidsrechtgerelateerde zaken, zoals individuele en collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten, individueel en collectief ontslag, arbeidsvoorwaarden, medezeggenschap (ondernemingsraad en vakbonden) en reorganisaties. Haar cliënten zijn zowel Nederlands als internationaal, zoals Pathé Theatres, Achmea en UTC. Lonneke maakt onderdeel uit van het Nauta Life Sciences team en staat veel cliënten op dit terrein bij, zoals Warner Chilott, Pfizer en Mediq.
Lonneke studeerde af aan de Universiteit Maastricht in 2007 en trad in hetzelfde jaar in dienst bij NautaDutilh. Voordat zij zich toelegde op het arbeidsrecht, was Lonneke werkzaam binnen de sectie ondernemingsrecht.
