Dewi Walian works as a lawyer within the Capital Markets group of the Banking & Finance section.
Dewi specialises in different capital market operations and advises banks, investment firms and other parties on notifications and ongoing obligations. Furthermore, she regularly participates in updates of bond programmes and works in public opinion practice.
In 2010 Dewi graduated in 'Private Law Practice' at the University of Amsterdam, with the focus on Corporate Law. In 2009-2010 she also studied "Comercial Law" at the University of Hong Kong and took courses in the field of Islamic Banking and Business at the CBL International Dubai Law School in 2011.
Dewi has been working at NautaDutilh since May 2011. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.

Dewi specialiseert zich in verschillende kapitaalmarkttransacties en adviseert banken, beleggingsondernemingen en andere partijen op het gebied van meldingen en doorlopende verplichtingen. Verder werkt zij geregeld mee aan updates van obligatieprogramma's en is zij werkzaam in de opiniepraktijk.
In 2010 studeerde Dewi af in 'Privaatrechtelijke Rechtspraktijk' aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, met de focus op het Ondernemingsrecht. Tevens studeerde zij van 2009-2010 'Commercial Law' aan de University of Hong Kong en volgde zij vakken op het gebied van Islamic Banking en Business aan de CBL International Dubai Law School in 2011.
Dewi is sinds mei 2011 werkzaam bij NautaDutilh. Zij is toegelaten tot de Amsterdamse Orde van Advocaten.
