Harold Asruption (1964), lawyer - tax advisor, works within the General Tax Practice. He specializes in tax litigation (tax opposition, professional and cassation procedures), the supervision of clients in investigations by the Tax Administration and investigations by the FIOD/ECD and disputes with the Tax Administration on tax recovery (laws). From 1989 to 1999 he joined Nooteboom c.s. Worked.
Harold is a member of the Dutch Association of Lawyers and Tax Experts and the IFA (International Fiscal Association). As a lecturer, he teaches formal tax law at the European Fiscal Studies Foundation at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Hij is gespecialiseerd in 'tax litigation' (fiscale bezwaar-, beroeps- en cassatieprocedures), het begeleiden van cliënten bij onderzoeken door de Belastingdienst en opsporingsonderzoeken door de FIOD/ECD en geschillen met de Belastingdienst over de invordering van belasting (aansprakelijkheden). Na zijn studie heeft hij van 1989 tot 1999 bij Nooteboom c.s. gewerkt.
Harold is lid van de Nederlandse Vereniging van Advocaten-Belastingkundigen en de IFA (International Fiscal Association). Als docent geeft hij les in formeel belastingrecht bij de Stichting EFS (Europese Fiscale Studies) van de Erasmus Universiteit te Rotterdam.
