Arnout Groen is an all-round intellectual property and media lawyer. He has extensive experience of proceedings, from interim proceedings to complex proceedings at the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
In recent years, Arnout has been involved in various of the most controversial issues in the fields of copyright, database law, design, and media law. Clients appreciate the ability of Arnout to come up with creative solutions for complex problems.Arnout is associated with the Centre for Intellectual Property Law (CIER) of Utrecht University and regularly publishes and teaches on IE law and media law.
Before he founded Hofhuis Alkema Groen, Arnout worked at the IE and ICT department of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and at IE-nichekantoor Klos Morel Vos & Schaap.
