Stefan Bais has been a member of AKD since 2002, and is a member of the Business Law Practice Group.
Stefan is involved in corporate structuring and restructuring, both nationally and internationally, mergers & acquisitions, corporate litigation and general advice to Dutch and foreign companies. In addition, he regularly advises on entering into shareholder and joint venture agreements and assists clients in resolving shareholder disputes.
In 2007, Stefan cum laude completed the postgraduate specialization programme 'Company and Business Law' of the Grotius Academy. Stefan speaks German.
Stefan Bais is sinds 2002 verbonden aan AKD, en is werkzaam bij de praktijkgroep Ondernemingsrecht.
Stefan houdt zich bezig met vennootschapsrechtelijke structureringen en herstructureringen, zowel in nationaal als internationaal verband, fusies & overnames, vennootschapsrechtelijke procedures (corporate litigation) en algemene advisering van Nederlandse en buitenlandse ondernemingen. Daarnaast adviseert hij regelmatig bij het aangaan van aandeelhouders- en joint venture-overeenkomsten en staat hij cliënten bij in het oplossen van aandeelhoudersgeschillen.
In 2007 heeft Stefan cum laude de postacademische specialisatieopleiding 'Vennootschaps- en Ondernemingsrecht' van de Grotius Academie afgerond. Stefan spreekt Duits.
