Peter Huijbregts completed his law studies at Maastricht University in 2009. After his master's degree in State and Administrative Law, he was sworn in as a lawyer in the arrondissement of Rotterdam in August 2009. He went through the substantive part of his vocational training through the institute The Law Firm School. In this context, he has gained experience in international commercial and financial practice. Peter has been working as a lawyer at BANNING in real estate since June 2011. His main focus is on general administration (process) law, land-use planning law and environmental law. Activities: Member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers (VJOJ)
Peter Huijbregts heeft zijn rechtstudie in 2009 afgerond aan de Universiteit Maastricht. Na zijn master Staat- en Bestuursrecht is hij in augustus 2009 beëdigd als advocaat in het arrondissement Rotterdam. Het inhoudelijke deel van zijn beroepsopleiding heeft hij doorlopen middels het instituut The Law Firm School. In dit kader heeft hij ervaring opgedaan in de internationaal commerciële en financiële praktijk. Peter is sinds juni 2011 als advocaat werkzaam bij BANNING binnen de vastgoedpraktijk. Hierbij gaat zijn aandacht voornamelijk uit naar het algemeen bestuurs(proces)recht, ruimtelijke ordeningsrecht en het milieurecht. Activiteiten: lid van de Vereniging Jonge Onroerend goed Juristen (VJOJ)
