Brigitte Vleer studied Dutch Law at the University of Tilburg (UvT). In addition to this study, she has also completed the HBO Communication programme.Since 2007, Brigitte has been working as a lawyer at BANNING Lawyers in the labour law section. It deals with all aspects of labour law. Common issues on which it advises and litigates are: competition issues, dismissal, (dis) functioning, working conditions (both individually and collectively) and participation. Furthermore, her focus is on reorganisations, where she advises and guides employers from the initial intention to the execution of the human consequences (dismissal) and their resolution. Brigitte coordinates the monthly newsletter on labour law and regularly writes articles for this purpose. It also provides seminars on current labour law issues, such as changes in holiday legislation. In 2011, Brigitte successfully completed the postgraduate course in labour law (PALA).

Brigitte Vleer studeerde Nederlands Recht aan de Universiteit van Tilburg (UvT). Naast deze studie heeft zij tevens de opleiding HBO Communicatie afgerond.Sinds 2007 werkt Brigitte als advocaat bij BANNING Advocaten op de sectie arbeidsrecht. Zij houdt zich bezig met alle aspecten van het arbeidsrecht. Veel voorkomende vraagstukken waarover zij adviseert en procedeert zijn: concurrentiekwesties, ontslag, (dis)functioneren, arbeidsvoorwaarden (zowel individueel als collectief) en medezeggenschap. Verder ligt haar focus op reorganisaties, waarbij zij werkgevers adviseert en begeleidt vanaf het eerste voornemen tot en met de uitvoering van de personele gevolgen (ontslag) en de afwikkeling daarvan. Brigitte coördineert de maandelijkse nieuwsbrief arbeidsrecht en schrijft hiervoor regelmatig artikelen. Daarnaast geeft zij seminars over actuele arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen, zoals over de wijzigingen in de vakantiewetgeving. In 2011 heeft Brigitte de postacademische leergang arbeidsrecht (PALA) succesvol afgerond.Nevenactiviteiten:
