Harald van Beilen (1968), a lawyer since 1992, is the office's oldest and co-founder.Harald has a broad civil practice for small to medium-sized enterprises and is mainly concerned with contract and contract law, business law, corporate law and rental law. Harald is regularly appointed curator in bankruptcy of SMEs and supervises companies in reorganisation and start-up processes.In his spare time, Harald holds a number of administrative positions, including those of member of the Supervisory Board of the Order of Lawyers in the Leeuwarden Arrondissement, the Bedrijfsvereniging Leeuwarden West and the Leeuwarder School Association.Harald is a fan of fast and dynamic sports and can therefore be found regularly on the circuit or on the water. In addition, he is part of the core team of the Fryslan 8.

Zijn bijzondere aandachtsgebieden zijn bouwrecht en insolventierecht.Harald wordt regelmatig benoemd tot curator in faillissementen van MKB-bedrijven en begeleidt bedrijven in reorganisatie- en doorstartprocessen.In zijn vrije tijd bekleedt Harald een aantal bestuursfuncties, waaronder die van lid van de Raad van Toezicht van de Orde van Advocaten in het Arrondissement Leeuwarden, de Bedrijvenvereniging Leeuwarden West en de Leeuwarder Schoolvereniging.Harald is liefhebber van snelle en dynamische sporten en is daarom regelmatig op het circuit of op het water te vinden. Daarnaast maakt hij deel uit van het kernteam van de Fryslan 8.
