Constant (C.F.J.) van Tuyll van Serooskerken is associated with the employment law practice group and advises clients in the field of pension and labour law in the broadest sense, with the emphasis on advice and litigation in the field of individual (also statutory director) and collective dismissal law, as well as advice (and litigation) on remuneration and employee participation structures (including in the financial sector), pension fund governance and supervisory relationships.
Constant has been a lawyer since 2008. He started with Loyens & Loeff, first as an intern in the Labour Law section and then as an intern and employee in the Banking & Finance section (angle Financial Regulatory/Investment Management).Constant studied European Law and Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Groningen and successfully completed the Law Firm School.
Constant (C.F.J.) van Tuyll van Serooskerken is verbonden aan de praktijkgroep Arbeidsrecht en adviseert cliënten op het gebied van pensioen - en arbeidsrecht in de breedste zin, met de nadruk op adviseren en procederen op het terrein van individueel (tevens statutair directeur) en collectief ontslagrecht, alsmede advisering (en procesvoering) op het vlak van belonings- en werknemersparticipatiestructuren (onder meer in de financiële sector), pension fund governance en toezichthouderrelaties.
Constant is vanaf 2008 advocaat. Hij is begonnen bij Loyens & Loeff, eerst als stagiair op de sectie Arbeidsrecht en vervolgens als stagiair en medewerker op de sectie Banking & Finance (hoek Financial Regulatory/Investment Management).Constant studeerde Europees Recht en Nederlands recht aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en heeft de Law Firm School succesvol afgerond.
