Eric has been a lawyer since 1992 and he works at the Business Law section at our office in Nijmegen. In addition to general company law, he has further specialised in competition law (in the healthcare sector), state aid and complaince. In addition, he gives lectures and courses in this last jurisdiction.
Eric is sinds 1992 advocaat en hij werkt op de sectie Ondernemingsrecht op ons kantoor in Nijmegen. Hij heeft zich naast het algemene ondernemingsrecht verder gespecialiseerd in het mededingingsrecht (in de zorgsector), staatssteun en complaince. Daarnaast geeft hij lezingen en cursussen op dit laatste rechtsgebied.
