Anke Mulder has been a lawyer since 1982. She is a partner and head of the practice group Family and Inheritance Law at Van Benthem & Cologne.Anke advises and litigates for entrepreneurs and free professionals in particular and focuses on complex financial issues.
In addition, separation mediaton is a substantial part of its practice.
She has been president of the Association of Family Law Lawyers Separation Mediators (vFAS) since 2009. She is also a member of the Collaborative Divorce Holland Association, The International Society of Family Law and of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also NMI registry mediator and arbitrator at the Dutch Arbitration Institute (NAI).
In addition, Anke is deputy to the Court of Justice of the Hague and regularly gives lectures and courses in the field of family law. Anke also publishes regularly on family law issues.

Zij is sinds 2009 voorzitter van de vereniging van Familierecht Advocaten Scheidingsmediators (vFAS).
