Philip Malanczuk is a member of the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice group. He advises and litigates for both Dutch and international clients on various business, commercial and contractual matters.
Previously, Philip worked in the employment practice group. There he assisted clients in many fields of labour law.
Philip graduated from Leiden University in 2007 in the specialization of Civil Law. In the same year he joined NautaDutilh.
Philip Malanczuk is lid van de praktijkgroep Corporate & Commercial Litigation. Hij adviseert en procedeert voor zowel Nederlandse als internationale cliënten over verschillende ondernemingsrechtelijke, commerciële en contractuele aangelegenheden.
Voorheen was Philip werkzaam in de praktijkgroep Employment. Daar heeft hij cliënten op een groot aantal gebieden van het arbeidsrecht bijgestaan.
Philip is in 2007 aan de Universiteit Leiden afgestudeerd in de specialisatie Burgerlijk Recht. In datzelfde jaar is hij in dienst getreden bij NautaDutilh.
