Huib Verhaar works in the 'corporate' and 'commercial' process practice. He graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2004, after completing his studies in Economics at the same university two years earlier. He has worked as a lawyer at NautaDutilh since August 2004.
Huib Verhaar has experience in a wide variety of disputes, such as proceedings on liability on the basis of misconduct or tort, disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions and conflicts between shareholders. In 2010 he successfully completed the postgraduate Grotius programme 'Company & Aandracht'.

Huib Verhaar heeft ervaring met een grote variëteit aan geschillen, zoals procedures over aansprakelijkheid op grond van wanprestatie of onrechtmatige daad, geschillen in verband met fusies en overnames en conflicten tussen aandeelhouders. In 2010 rondde hij met goed gevolg de postacademische Grotiusopleiding 'Onderneming & Aansprakelijkheid' af.
