Timo Huisman (1973), attorney, is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. He specializes in the field of commercial real estate, with the focus on civil construction law (building contracts and dispute resolution) and field and project development. He is a member of the Project Development and Housing Corporations teams. Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2006, he worked at (Trenité) Van Doorne (1998-2002) and Warendorf (2003-2006) in construction law consultancy and process practice.Timo is a member of the Association for Construction Law-Advocaten and the Dutch Association for Procurement Law.

Hij is gespecialiseerd op het gebied van commercieel vastgoed, met de focus op civiel bouwrecht (bouwcontracten en geschillenbeslechting) en gebieds- en projectontwikkeling. Hij is lid van de teams Projectontwikkeling en Woningcorporaties. Voor zijn indiensttreding bij Loyens & Loeff per 2006 heeft hij bij (Trenité) Van Doorne (1998-2002) en Warendorf (2003-2006) gewerkt in de bouwrechtadvies- en procespraktijk.Timo is onder meer lid van de Vereniging voor Bouwrecht-Advocaten en de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Aanbestedingsrecht.
