Simone Hoogeveen has worked as a lawyer at Van Doorne since 1997. She started in the Business Law section and has been working in the Process and Insurance Law section since 1999. Simone Hoogeveen is sinds 1997 als advocaat werkzaam bij Van Doorne. Zij is begonnen op de sectie Ondernemingsrecht en is sinds 1999 werkzaam bij de sectie Proces- en Verzekeringsrecht. Simone houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met grensoverschrijdende ondernemingsrechtelijke geschillen ("corporate litigation"), waarbij zij bijzondere ervaring heeft met door beleggers aanhangig gemaakte procedures jegens de vennootschap of bestuurders van de vennootschap (optredend namens de vennootschap of bestuurders). Ten behoeve van nationale en internationale cliënten houdt zij zich voorts in meer algemene zin bezig met het aansprakelijkheidsrecht. Simone is lid van de Vereniging Corporate Litigation.Simone is per 1 januari 2010 benoemd tot counsel.
