Jasper Leedekerken has been a lawyer since 2000. Within the Working Party on Process and Insurance Law, he deals with complex disputes in the fields of liability, seizure and execution law. In particular, Jasper has expertise in commercial and corporate litigation, including takeover and shareholder disputes, some of which lead to proceedings in the Business Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Justice. In 2006, Jasper completed the Grotius Specialization Course Corporate Litigation cum laude. Jasper is a member of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Procesrecht and the Vereniging Corporate Litigation and regularly performs as a guest lecturer in the framework of the permanent training for lawyers. Binnen de praktijkgroep Proces- en verzekeringsrecht houdt hij zich bezig met complexe geschillen op het gebied van aansprakelijkheids-, beslag- en executierecht. Meer in het bijzonder heeft Jasper expertise op het gebied van commercial en corporate litigation, waaronder overname- en aandeelhouders geschillen waarvan sommige leiden tot procedures bij de Ondernemingskamer van het Gerechtshof te Amsterdam. In 2006 heeft Jasper de Grotius specialisatieopleiding Corporate Litigation cum laude afgerond. Jasper is lid van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Procesrecht en de Vereniging Corporate Litigation en treedt met enige regelmaat op als gastdocent in het kader van de permanente opleiding voor advocaten.
