For a victim, as an injury lawyer, I can play a very important role. The victim ends up in a situation where he's vulnerable. It is then difficult to find the right path in that situation. Almost always the victim is confronted with an insurance company that has expertise, a long life and a lot of money. I see it as a challenge to achieve an optimal result from a relationship of trust with the client: a thorough and thorough approach to the matter, recognition and financial compensation. Man, the individual is always at the heart of me.
Voor een slachtoffer kan ik als letselschadeadvocaat een heel belangrijke rol vervullen. Het slachtoffer komt in een situatie terecht waarin hij kwetsbaar is. Het is dan moeilijk om in die situatie zelf de juiste weg te vinden. Bijna altijd wordt het slachtoffer geconfronteerd met een verzekeringsmaatschappij die beschikt over deskundigheid, een lange adem en heel veel geld. Ik zie het als een uitdaging om vanuit een vertrouwensband met de cliënt een optimaal resultaat te bereiken: een grondige en gedegen aanpak van de zaak, erkenning en financiële compensatie. De mens, het individu staat bij mij altijd centraal.
