Annemarije Siderius is active in labour law and specialises in:individual dismissal law;reorganisations and collective dismissal;co-determination issues.Annemarije graduated from Leiden University in 2001, the main direction of civil and criminal law and worked until 2007 at Loyens & Loeff in Rotterdam. Then Annemarije became head of the labour law section at Haagstate Lawyers in The Hague. She has extensive experience in litigation and assists both listed and small companies in all kinds of employment law aspects.In 2009 Annemarije successfully completed the post doctoral specialization course 'Arbeidsrecht' of the Grotius Academy. She is also a member of the Dutch Labour Law attorneys Association (VAAN).
Annemarije Siderius is werkzaam in het arbeidsrecht en is gespecialiseerd in:het individuele ontslagrecht;reorganisaties en collectief ontslag;medezeggenschapsvraagstukken.Annemarije is in 2001 afgestudeerd aan de Universiteit Leiden, hoofdrichting civiel- en strafrecht en is tot 2007 werkzaam geweest bij Loyens & Loeff te Rotterdam. Vervolgens werd Annemarije hoofd van de sectie arbeidsrecht bij Haagstate Advocaten te Den Haag. Zij heeft ruime ervaring in procesvoering en staat zowel beursgenoteerde- als kleine ondernemingen bij in allerhande arbeidsrechtelijke aspecten.Annemarije heeft in 2009 met goed gevolg de post doctorale specialisatieopleiding 'Arbeidsrecht' van de Grotius Academie afgerond. Voorts is zij lid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrechtadvocaten Nederland (VAAN).
