Dirk Engelen works within the Corporate & Commercial practice group and focuses mainly on company and company law and national and international restructurings.In addition, he deals with judicial proceedings on a wide range of topics, such as damages due to misconduct or tort, and explanations/disclosure/disclosure of mainly commercial agreements. Dirk graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in Business Law in 2010.
Dirk Engelen is werkzaam binnen de praktijkgroep Corporate & Commercial en richt zich voornamelijk op vennootschaps- en ondernemingsrecht en nationale en internationale herstructureringen.Daarnaast houdt hij zich bezig met gerechtelijke procedures over uiteenlopende onderwerpen, zoals schadevergoeding als gevolg van wanprestatie of onrechtmatige daad en uitleg/opzegging/ beëindiging van voornamelijk commerciële overeenkomsten. Dirk is in 2010 afgestudeerd aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in Bedrijfsrecht.
