Martijn Vermeeren works in insolvency practice and corporate law practice and advises several companies in this field. As an advisor and curator, he is involved in the resolution of insolvency cases, takeovers, rentals, real estate and corporate disputes and the conduct of proceedings.After completing his law studies (Dutch law) at the University of Leiden, Martijn has been employed as a lawyer at Buren van Velzen Guelen since 1 January 1997. He has completed the specialization course Grotius Insolvency Law and Grotius Financial Economy for Curators. Martijn acts as teacher VSO course Insolvency Law and is co-editor of the training syllabus course Insolvency Law Basic and is a member of the association Insolvency Law Lawyers "Insolad.
Martijn Vermeeren is werkzaam in de insolventiepraktijk en de ondernemingsrecht praktijk en adviseert op dit terrein verschillende ondernemingen. Hij is als adviseur en curator betrokken bij de afwikkeling van insolventiezaken, overnames, huur, vastgoed en ondernemingsrechtelijke geschillen en het voeren van procedures.Na voltooiing van zijn rechtenstudie (Nederlands recht) aan de Rijksuniversiteit Leiden is Martijn sinds 1 januari 1997 werkzaam als advocaat bij Buren van Velzen Guelen. Hij heeft de specialisatieopleiding Grotius Insolventierecht en Grotius Financiële economie voor curatoren afgerond. Martijn treedt op als docent VSO cursus Insolventierecht en is co-redacteur van de opleidingssyllabus cursus Insolventierecht Basis en is lid van de vereniging Insolventierecht Advocaten "Insolad".
