Simon Grant Cameron

Simon Cameron is Counsel at Weintraub Huang LLP, where he maintains a broad commercial litigation practice including contract and shareholder disputes, securities litigation and regulatory proceedings, and construction, franchise, and environmental litigation. Simon has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and at the Supreme Court of Canada. Simon has also represented clients in arbitrations and regulatory tribunal proceedings. Prior to joining Weintraub Huang LLP, Simon was an associate at two leading national law firms.

Simon received his Juris Doctor with Honours from the University of Toronto, where he received the Edward J. Kowal �65 Prize for overall achievement in commercial law courses, as well as course prizes for top standing in Administrative Law, Business Organizations, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, and Advanced Business Law.

Simon was a member of the University of Toronto Moot Court Committee and won best team and best factum prizes at the Corporate and Securities Law Moot. As an undergraduate, Simon won the North American Debating Championships.

Simon was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2018 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Advocates� Society. In 2022, Simon was named to the Pro Bono Ontario Honour Roll.
