Stephen Marshall Cohen

Stephen graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1984, and from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1987. Stephen was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1989. With over 30 years of experience Stephen is a source of sound and seasoned legal advice to our clients.

Stephen and his team are dedicated to assisting people with estate planning through wills, powers of attorney and trusts, and assisting executors with the administration of estates. He has a unique ability to help his clients navigate complex issues and decision-making processes by providing clear, easy-to-understand, and thoughtful advice.

When not in the office Stephen enjoys movies, music, exercising and spending time with his wife and children.

In early 2018, our beloved mother passed away following a brief and unexpected illness. We were emotionally drained and, in our grieving, were having difficulties handling the wide range of responsibilities relating to her estate. We required a lawyer who would guide our family through this difficult time, and were glad we retained Stephen Cohen.
