David John Coultice

David Coultice is counsel in Dentons’ Corporate and Securities groups. David practices securities regulatory, corporate/commercial and securities law, with a focus on registration and compliance matters for portfolio managers, exempt market dealers and investment fund managers, and the formation and management of investment funds. He also advises with respect to corporate finance, including initial public offerings and listings, secondary offerings, private placements and debt financing, reverse takeovers, continuous disclosure, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

David served as a senior legal counsel with the Ontario Securities Commission in the Corporate Finance Branch from 2003 to 2007.
