Marco Deiana

Marco Deiana is an experienced corporate and health law lawyer. In the course of Marco’s legal career, he has practiced law both in private practice and in-house settings with a specific focus on health care clients. Marco started his career as an associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, and from there served in a number of different roles, including an in-house role with Cancer Care Ontario (now Ontario Health) and most recently, as the Director of Legal Affairs at Dynacare. Throughout his career, Marco has acted for health care clients in setting up multi-hospital patient care programs, negotiating complex agreements, and advising on privacy and other regulatory matters. Marco also sat on the Board of the Southlake Family Health Team. Marco holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Schulich School.
