Matthew Andrew Roland Desrosiers

Matthew Desrosiers is a senior associate in Dentons’ Real Estate , Project Development , and Banking and Finance groups.

Based in Ottawa, Matt’s real estate practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and project financing. Matt regularly acts for purchasers and vendors of development lands and commercial/industrial projects.

On the banking and finance side, Matt represents large financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial lending matters, and counsels clients on structuring, negotiating, and preparing financial agreements and associated loan documentation and security.

Matt’s law career began as a summer student at Dentons, where he also completed his articling.
