Massimo Di Giovanni

Massimo is an associate in Koskie Minsky’s construction litigation group, where he works closely with senior counsel on complex, multi-party construction disputes involving clients across the construction industry. His practice includes litigation and alternative dispute resolution relating to construction liens, contract disputes, and project deficiencies. Massimo also has experience assisting clients with commercial litigation and insurance defence matters.

Massimo earned both Canadian and U.S. Juris Doctor degrees, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
