Robin Ann Dodokin

Robin Dodokin is a conflict resolution expert. She is committed to assisting her clients or parties to a dispute resolve, repair and preserve relationships where possible.

As a commercial litigation lawyer her expertise includes effectively representing her clients, business owners, creditors, financial institutions, court officers, trustees, shareholders, companies or individuals in business and business transaction disputes, insolvency matters, real estate disputes , enforcing contractual or statutory rights in court, arbitration or mediation. Robin is a persuasive and effective advocate.

As an arbitrator and mediator , Robin helps parties resolve through mediation or adjudication their disputes. She has been appointed to mediate business, debtor-creditor, real estate, contract, estate , employment and negligence disputes for many years. Robin has also been appointed arbitrator to adjudicate and make decisions about commercial, contractual and business disputes.

Robin has received advanced training in mediation and arbitration. Her designations include Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Qualified Arbitrator and Mediator from the ADR Institute of Canada. She is also a certified family business advisor as certified by the Family Firm Institute. She has a LL.M in Alternate Dispute Resolution.
