Jill Michelle Edwards

Jill M. Edwards is the Managing Partner at Edwards Pollard LLP and has been practising law in Ontario for over 26 years. She focuses exclusively on personal injury litigation and long-term disability (LTD) claim denials, representing individuals who have been injured in accidents and are seeking compensation for their injuries and lost income.

Jill is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and represents clients throughout Oakville, Halton Region, and surrounding communities.

Over more than two decades of practice, Jill has handled a wide range of serious injury claims, including cases involving disputed liability and complex evidentiary issues.

In one notable matter, she secured a multimillion-dollar settlement for a client who suffered significant injuries after falling from a residential deck. Liability was contested.
