David Ronald Elliott

David is the senior partner of the Dentons Ottawa Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

David’s practice includes a wide variety of business litigation disputes, with extensive experience in domestic and international arbitrations. Areas of expertise include contract disputes, investor and shareholder disputes, product liability, professional negligence and negligent misrepresentation, large scale construction projects, and claims regarding the misuse of confidential information. His litigation practice has involved appearances before all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada. In addition to appearing as lead trial and appellate counsel on numerous matters, David has extensive experience acting as arbitration and mediation counsel.
