David Isaac Jonathan Epstein

David is a member of the Real Estate Services Group at Gardiner Roberts, with a strong focus on multi-residential buildings. A leading practitioner in this sector, he has acted on some of the largest portfolio transactions in Ontario’s history. David brings extensive experience across all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, and complex structuring.

In addition to his real estate work, David has significant experience in corporate law, advising on shareholder agreements, the formation and structuring of limited partnerships, and butterfly transactions.
