Ian Gavaghan’s legal practice will be closing, effective February 28th 2026 , due to serious health issues which Ian is currently working through.

Our office will remain open, on an occasional basis, for another two months, while we ensure that all matters are completed or transferred.

Ian is pleased to announce that he has allied with Jennifer Tam , where he will be acting in a consultative capacity as counsel to her real estate legal practice.

Jennifer , who has developed a strong real estate legal practice from her offices at the Woolen Mill in Kingston and in Toronto, has hired key staff from Ian’s former legal practice to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of her practice.
