Elie Kevin Goldberg

Elie has a broad range of experience in insurance defence, having practiced for a decade at a prominent firm before joining Dolden Wallace Folick in 2020.

His experience includes acting for numerous national and international insurance companies, self-insured companies, and as preferred counsel for a major sporting equipment multinational corporation. Elie is routinely sought out to defend complex cases involving significant property loss, complex bodily injury claims, commercial disputes, product liability, and professional negligence matters. He has also acted for Plaintiffs and brought subrogated claims on behalf of insurers.

In 2019, Elie completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution program offered by Stitt Feld Handy in conjunction with the University of Windsor. Elie is a firm believer in the merits of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and of using its principles to achieve effective results for his clients.

Elie obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2010 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.

In 2007, he received a B.Sc ( Summa Cum Laude ) in finance from Yeshiva University in New York City, earning the Dean’s Award for highest achievement in finance upon graduation.
