Deeshay Heeramun

Deeshay's practice covers a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, investments and commercial transactions.

Prior to practising law, Deeshay worked in engineering consulting and the oil and gas sector advising clients on risk management and regulatory compliance.

Deeshay joined Blakes as a summer student in 2023 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2024/2025.

Deeshay is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
