Julian David Heller

Julian has over 30 years experience as a litigator. Oral advocacy needs to be persuasive – both in court and with opposing sides. Presenting your case and defending your interests are Julian’s priorities.

Julian has acted for multinational construction and entertainment clients, and both employers and employees in employment matters, and individuals in partnership and shareholder disputes. Whether it is a private dispute, or a public interest issue, Julian will work with you to devise a strategy for success. Julian has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, and numerous administrative tribunals, and arbitrators and mediators.

Julian has chaired sections at the Ontario Bar Association and Advisory Committees of the Toronto District School Board. He has acted for political parties, third parties and candidates in advising on election-related matters, including both compliance issues and contested elections.
