Kaley Lore Hepburn

For the last fifteen years, Kaley Hepburn has been advocating for the rights of her clients in courtrooms in Hamilton and throughout the Golden Horseshoe. Previously employed by one of Hamilton’s largest and most respected criminal defense firms, Kaley continues to pursue her passion for helping defend those looking for compassionate and strong criminal defence representation.

Since being called to the Bar she had devoted her practice to compassionate and zealous representation for those charged with criminal offences. She is the recipient of many academic awards and has achieved many great results for her clients. In 2012, Kaley was the focus of the Hamilton Spectator “Young Professionals” article that highlighted her success as a defence lawyer in Hamilton.

Along with membership of eight boards and or associations, Kaley was one of the youngest appointed Justice of the Peace for the Province of Ontario. Located in Brampton, part of her duties meant presiding over bail hearings and all provincial offence court trials. Further, Kaley has completed extensive search warrant training and has in depth knowledge of this subject. Kaley resigned from her appointment the same year to get back to her true passion – Criminal Law and defending her clients in Hamilton, Halton, Brantford and throughout Southern Ontario.
