Obaidul Hoque is a co-founder of OWS Law. He has a growing civil litigation, commercial litigation, and administrative law practice. He has a strong track record in handling various types of cases and brings a wealth of knowledge to his work.

Obaidul frequently represents clients in a variety of proceedings including appeals before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada, as well as before regulatory bodies. His practice covers a wide range of issues, including property, employment, contract, mortgages and estate disputes.

Lately, Obaidul has built a thriving mortgage enforcement and defence cases.
