James Boris George Jacuta

Before joining Hull & Hull, James was associated with a boutique Bay Street firm where he gained experience in the area of international wills and estates, and intestate inheritance involving other countries. He has had active files involving over fifteen European countries, working closely with Embassies, Consulates, lawyer colleagues and beneficiaries, among others. His previous legal experience began in Edmonton Alberta, and includes many years of estate inheritance administration and litigation. He has worked and travelled extensively in Europe and has a working knowledge of several languages including, Polish, Ukrainian, French and English. Among other experience, he has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vancouver based publicly traded TSXV companies, which international business experience includes China, South Korea, Mexico, and Ukraine. He is a recipient of the University of Alberta Alumni Excellence Award, among others.
