Daniela Acevedo

Daniela Acevedo (She/Her/Hers) is a senior associate in the Corporate group at Dentons Canada LLP.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Daniela regularly advises clients on commercial arrangements, including master services agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and general terms and conditions. She also provides guidance on day-to-day corporate governance matters, corporate law compliance, and regulatory issues related to international trade.

Daniela has experience advising clients across a diverse range of industry sectors, including automotive, transportation, agriculture, real estate, manufacturing and advertising/marketing.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and holds a Master of Arts from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. Daniela began her career at Dentons as a summer student in 2018 and returned to complete her articles with the Firm in 2019–2020 before joining as an associate.
