Samantha Joanne Kompa

Samantha Kompa is the founder of Kompa Law , a boutique employment law firm serving communities in Belleville , Kingston , Cornwall , and surrounding areas. She works with hundreds of employees each year, advises select employers, and donates her time as Vice Chair of the Board for Belleville’s Community Advocacy and Legal Centre ( CALC ). Through her practice and volunteer work, Samantha stays deeply connected to her community. She writes about the evolution of employment law and its impact on both employers and employees alike.
