Simon Lam

Simon is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Gardiner Roberts. His practice focuses on commercial real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint ventures. He regularly advises traditional and alternative lenders on both conventional and complex financing arrangements, including term loans insured by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, as well as mezzanine and construction loan facilities.

Simon also works closely with commercial real estate asset managers, developers, and investors, advising on projects and portfolio-level matters. Clients value his practical insight, responsiveness, and ability to guide complex transactions from start to finish.
