Heather Elena Kristina Lovell

Heather Lovell is a senior associate in the Corporate and Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies groups at Dentons. In her practice, Heather assists clients with corporate financing, M&A transactions and general corporate matters across a variety of industries, including information technology and health tech. Heather’s practice is primarily focused on transactional matters and delivering practical and results-oriented solutions advice.

Prior to joining Dentons, Heather practiced at a leading boutique business law firm in Ottawa, representing founders and startup companies from formation to exit, as well as the venture capital investors who support them.

Heather graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours), and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa.
