Kelli Michelle McPhail

A problem solver by nature, Kelli McPhail is a Lawyer in our Family Law Group, based out of our London office. Kelli is highly skilled at guiding her clients through the complexities of family law to successful resolutions that best meet the needs of their individual circumstances.

Kelli provides legal counsel on all areas of family law, including parenting issues, decision-making responsibility, parenting time, child support, Domestic Contracts, divorce, and division of property and assets.

Originally from Winnipeg MB, Kelli completed her Honours BA at the University of Regina in 2016, and graduated from Queen’s University Law School with her J.D. in 2019. Since her called to the Bar in 2020, Kelli has worked exclusively in family law.

Kelli has volunteered and worked extensively in family and child protection law. Kelli served on the national executive of Law Needs Feminism Because, which was a national collective engaged in advocacy work on issues related to diversity, gender and inclusivity in law; she also volunteers with Luke’s Place Legal Clinic, providing pro bono summary legal advice to women who have experienced abuse in their relationship.
