About

Gabriella Nudo founded Avocats MGL Lawyers in 2023 with a view to providing clients with the highest quality immigration services and strategies to navigate Canada’s intricate legal system.

Gabriella is bilingual and successfully assists her clients in both English and French.

Gabriella runs a comprehensive immigration practice that supports multinational corporations, small-medium and start-up businesses, entrepreneurs and investors, as well as individuals interested in the successful navigation of Canada’s immigration system. She advises clients on business visas, work permits under all categories, Labour Market Impact Assessments, temporary resident permits, permanent residency, including all PNPs across Canada, and citizenship applications. Gabriella also provides in-depth guidance to employers regarding the employer compliance regime under both the International Mobility Program and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

Gabriella’s practice also includes business law services focusing on start-ups, share structures, business plans, regulatory compliance, business management and incorporations. Her strategic advice benefits her business and entrepreneurial clients in structuring, incorporating, and launching their companies with a view of meeting business needs that align with their immigration and workforce goals in Canada.

Prior to founding Avocats MGL Lawyers, Gabriella was the founding partner of the Ottawa office of a prominent immigration law firm in Toronto. Previous to this, she was a lawyer at a top boutique corporate immigration law firm in downtown Toronto.

Before becoming a lawyer, Gabriella worked for the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Case Management Branch in their Litigation Management Division on complex matters of application processing, litigation, and immigration and refugee matters.
