Marta Rebecca Rochkin

Marta is a partner in the Financial Services practice group, with a focus on project finance, infrastructure development, public-private partnership, as well as acquisition financing and cross border transactions. She also has extensive experience in debt capital markets.

Marta has advised on landmark transactions across Canada in a variety of industries, including healthcare, transportation, electricity, renewable energy and technology. She regularly represents domestic and foreign lenders, equity sponsors and corporations in connection with complex debt financing transactions.
