Gurdeep Kaur Bhachu

The principal lawyer at the firm, Ms. Gurdeep Kaur Bhachu, Barrister and Solicitor was called to the bar in the Province of Ontario in 2017 and in the Province of Alberta in 2016. She has represented clients which have included individuals and corporations. Since being called to the bar, Ms. Bhachu has presided over a few trials in a leading role as well as assisted on many trials in the second lead as co-counsel, conducted cross-examinations and argued motions on the point of law in the Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court.

The main areas of practice is family (divorce, matrimonial issues including custody, access, property division, etc, Real Estate Litigation (disputes related to breach of contract, share on title, mortgage defaults, excessive charge for private mortgage on real estate property, property, access to property, easements, etc)and Wills and Estates Law inclusiveof Probate.
