Karanjit Singh Bhathal

Karanjit is the paralegal and office manager at GS Brar Law. He works on Statutory Accident Benefits (SABS) matters under the firm’s personal injury practice, and assists with estate matters.

On the SABS side, he manages Accident Benefits claims and coordinates directly with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal if a claim is denied. On the estates side, he works with the firm’s lawyers on file preparation, probate applications, guardianship and survivorship applications, and the ongoing administration of an estate.

Karanjit joined the firm after completing a Bachelor of Arts at York University and a Paralegal Graduate Certificate at Durham College. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is involved with the Experience Sikhi Organization. Outside the office, he can usually be found watching the Leafs or the Raptors, opinion ready on both.
