Shaikh Law Firm is built on a proud family tradition of legal service spanning more than five decades. Our story began in 1973, when our founder’s father Mr. Mumtaz Ahamed Shaikh, entered the legal profession in Pakistan. Over the years, he rose to become a respected Senior Supreme Court of Pakistan Advocate known for his integrity, strong advocacy, and unwavering commitment to justice. His dedication to the law became the foundation of a legacy that continues to inspire our firm today.

Following in his footsteps, Ali Shaikh developed his own distinguished legal career abroad, earning recognition from The Legal 500 in Pakistan and being listed among the leading lawyers in Pakistan. After immigrating to Canada, he rebuilt his legal career from the ground up, establishing a thriving Ontario law practice grounded in professionalism, hard work, and client-focused service.

Today, the third generation is preparing to join the profession. Both his daughter and son are in the process of entering legal practice, continuing the values and traditions that have guided the family for decades.
