Carlo C. Tittarelli completed law school after serving a military tour in Afghanistan. He began his career at Mackesy Smye LLP as an articling student. Following the completion of his articles he remained a part of the Firm as an associate until his admission into the partnership.

Since joining the firm in 2010, he has been involved with all areas of personal injury. He has focused his practice on Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Product Liability matters and Long Term Disability disputes. He has argued points of law before the Ontario Superior Court and has appeared before Administrative Tribunals. He is an active member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Tittarelli is from Stoney Creek and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Ottawa in 2004. He completed his law degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2010.

Carlo C. Tittarelli remains active with the Canadian Armed Forces Army Reserve. He was the Commanding Officer of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada (P.L.) in Hamilton and is now the Assistant Chief of Staff for 31 Canadian Brigade Group.
