Wei Wang

Wei (Vivian) Wang is licensed in both Ontario and mainland China. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate, business law, and real estate as well. Wei started her legal career in a top-tier law firm in Beijing as a corporate/business lawyer. Her service covered the whole life cycle of a business, from incorporation, growth through merger and acquisition and/or corporate financing to winding up and exit-sale. Prior to moving to Canada, Wei worked as a senior in-house counsel in a multinational manufacturing corporation in Beijing, where she worked closely with the business team on both domestic and cross-board transactions of the company. Wei applies a detail oriented and client focused approach to her work. Her experience in both private practice and in-house setting developed her the strong ability to explore and understand the business concerns and the enthusiasm to approach legal matters from a practical business point of view. She is determined to provide diverse, practical and personalized legal solutions to her clients, and assist them to achieve the maximum of their business interests within the legal boundary.
