Howard practises exclusively in civil litigation, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. He has a broad-based litigation practice and advises clients across a wide range of complex disputes, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to resolving challenging matters.

His experience includes commercial litigation such as corporate governance and management disputes, oppression remedy claims, breaches of fiduciary duty, and contractual disputes.
